Becoming a U.S. citizen is a powerful act—one that unlocks protection, freedom, and the full expression of your rights. Whether you’re starting with a green card, overstayed a visa, or arrived undocumented, your story is not over.

We help you move forward with real information, legal help, and spiritual support rooted in dignity and truth.

✅ Step-by-Step Naturalization Guide

Here’s how most people become U.S. citizens through Naturalization:

1. Confirm Eligibility

You may be eligible to apply if:

  • You’ve had a green card for 5+ years (or 3 years if married to a U.S. citizen)
  • You’ve been physically present in the U.S. for 30+ months
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are a person of “good moral character”

🔍 Not sure? We’ll help you check.

2. Complete Form N-400

This is your official application. You’ll need to:

  • Gather your documents (green card, ID, travel records, etc.)
  • Pay the USCIS fee ($760) or request a fee waiver
  • Submit online or by mail

3. Biometrics Appointment

USCIS will schedule your fingerprinting and background check.

4. Take the Civics & English Test

We’ll help you study:

  • 🇺🇸 100 Civics Questions (U.S. history/government)
  • 🗣️ Basic English reading, writing, and speaking

5. Interview with a USCIS Officer

You’ll meet at your local USCIS office to answer questions about your application and take the tests.

6. Oath Ceremony – You’re a Citizen!

Once approved, you’ll take the Oath of Allegiance and receive your Certificate of Naturalization.

🎉 You’re now a U.S. citizen—with the right to vote, petition for family, and travel freely.
