A Safe Path for the Undocumented, Stateless & Sovereign
“You were never meant to be invisible. You were born to be seen, protected, and free.”
🌐 What Is Spiritual Protection?
Spiritual Protection is a sacred form of recognition and covering for individuals who:
- Are undocumented or overstayed a visa
- Face deportation, fear, or legal limbo
- Were born stateless or outside traditional government systems
- Seek dignity, healing, and identity outside of broken legal structures
This protection is offered by the Indigenous Nation of Onegodia™ (INO), a sovereign religious society recognized under Connecticut General Statute §33-264c and the spiritual laws of Indigenous Peoples.
📜 What You Receive
1. Declaration of Spiritual Refuge
Affirms that you are a living, sovereign being seeking lawful refuge under spiritual jurisdiction—not an “illegal alien” or corporate fiction.
2. Ecclesiastical Membership Affidavit
Documents your lawful standing within the INO spiritual nation, recognized under religious and Indigenous law.
3. UCC-1 Filing (Spiritual Interest Claim)
Protects your lawful identity and rebuts harmful legal presumptions (e.g., “lost at sea,” “legally dead,” “stateless”) attached to your strawman (ALL CAPS NAME) trust.
4. Notice to Trustees (e.g., ICE, USCIS, State)
An official ecclesiastical letter notifying government agencies of your spiritual protection status and peaceful standing.
5. Access to INO Legal Referrals
While INO is not a law firm, we partner with licensed immigration attorneys and trusted advocates for:
- Asylum
- VAWA, U-Visa, T-Visa
- TPS, DACA
- Deportation defense

🤝 Who Is This For?
Spiritual Protection is open to:
- Individuals with expired visas
- Undocumented or stateless persons
- DACA recipients or asylum seekers
- Those disconnected from their ancestral nation
- Survivors of religious, tribal, or government oppression
- Families seeking dignity and lawful identity for their children
🔐 This Is Not:
- A replacement for U.S. citizenship
- A fake ID or immigration loophole
- A promise of legal residency
It is a sacred and lawful affirmation of your human dignity. It can be used alongside your immigration case—not instead of one.
